I’m System Based Nutritionist. Since 2019, I have been continuously engaged in training and practice in the field of nutrition: my specialization is preventive diagnostics and non-drug recovery of the body through lifestyle and nutrition. I consult on improving of well-being and quality of life for adults.

Originally I’m from Riga - Latvia and now I’m based in Silicon Valley, California. Qualifications that I will receive after confirming my diploma in California: Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (for Europe: United Kingdom Level 3 Qualification: Diet and Nutrition).

I am passionate about Functional Medicine because I believe it is the future of medicine. And I want to participate in the work aimed at identifying the root cause of symptoms and guide people on the path of healing and leading a healthy lifestyle.

Health through nutrition and a functional approach have helped me eliminate many of the symptoms that affect my quality of life. I know what it's to feel like a distressed patient and unable to get answers from traditional medicine. And so I create a safe space for my clients, where you can discover answers to questions about how you can improve your well-being through nutrition, lifestyle and other natural ways.
